Day-of Coordinator

You've been planning like a pro, now you need someone to pull it all together and handle the logistics so you can be a guest at your event, not the coordinator.

 

We know that creating your perfect vision doesn’t happen in one day, therefore we will come alongside you 1-2 months before your big day providing an economical service to create synergy and ensure your wedding is perfect without losing the experience of planning your big day.

Day-of Coordinator + Partial Planning

You've booked your venue, some of your vendors, you've almost got a plan and somewhat of a vision. But taking that vision and turning it into reality can be daunting!

 

We will ensure everything comes together seamlessly with no details overlooked. We can offer suggestions on everything from style and designs, vendors we have worked with and where to get those specialty items you saw on Pinterest. When your big day arrives, we will be there from beginning to end to ensure a relaxing & beautiful day.

1 coordinator is included with this package. Planning assistance and helping to tie up loose ends begins 3+ months prior to your big day.

Paradise

Destination Wedding Planning 

Why stress in a country that is not as familiar to you as it is to us? Let us ease your coordination and planning burden. You can decide to have as much or as little involvement in the planning as you like! We can handle anything you wish so that you and your loved ones can truly be our guests.

This package includes 20 consultation hours, 1 coordinator and day-of management (up to 12hours).

 

Services begin 6+ months prior to wedding date.

The Paradise package also provides other options such as day-of management only and additional days on site prior to the wedding date.
